But you both have to be passionate, adventurous, ambitious and have impeccable insight into what makes a campaign resonate through digital and online media and community.

Art Director - Must be conceptual and ideas driven with a vast knowledge that stops short of programming. You need to be digitally savvy and probably have deep knowledge of a fair few software programmes but it's your brains more than your hands we are after.

Writer - You are starving perhaps of great briefs and waiting for someone to recognise your brilliance, outside of your parents and/or blog subscribers. You are passionate about your craft and ambitious for global award recognition. You may already own a few trophies, perhaps for advertising, perhaps for chess. You harbour great ambition and are looking for a mentor.

Either or both of you may come from mainstream, direct or digital agencies. You certainly have a grasp already of all discipline and know that a great idea is media agnostic.
