Are you a senior creative, junior CD or CD level and looking to work closer to home?
Hills district based marketing agency needs a strong leader and someone with a passion for digital to join their team of 50 people and head up a creative team of 7.
Requirements:
• Experience in leading a team of creatives from concept to completion of the projects.
• Solid background in copywriting and design for print and digital campaigns.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, HTML, CSS and other web experience.
• Strong organisational skills - ability schedule the creative team’s workload to ensure work is completed on time and quality always exceeds client expectations.
• Thorough knowledge and experience in leading digital design projects involving responsive design.
• Understanding of UX design principles and user centred design practices (highly regarded).
Experience:
At least 7 years experience in a marketing, advertising, creative or digital agency.
Typical Day:
• Attend company strategy and management meetings.
• Meet with the creative team to check the status of current projects and assign new projects.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with creative team and other departments to develop various print and digital media campaigns.
• Create creative proposals for clients and pitch creative concepts to clients.
