This role is responsible for delivering the day-to-day a range of shopper marketing campaigns across Point of Sale, Shopper Marketing and Consumer Promotions & Activations. Working closely with a Strategic Planner you will manage client relationships with your client’s Shopper Marketing division and build collaborative working relationships with internal agency stakeholders, including Creative teams, Production, Finance and the broader Account Service team. Initially you will be mentored by the Head of Shopper, but be expected to be the internal guardian of your client’s brand and Shopper briefs within the agency and seek out ways of utilising the channel to deliver on brand metrics and performance.
With a passion for understanding consumer behaviour, you’ll have a natural flair for creativity and innovative thought within retail environments. You have strong project management skills and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative agency environment. Ideally your background includes 3-5 years agency experience with exposure on FMCG or Pharmaceutical brands.
