We’re Hiring – Senior Account Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who’s passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering standout advertising and brand campaigns that get results.

You’ll bring a solid understanding of both digital and traditional media, and a love for problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Created in 1997, Lateral Aspect is an independent, full-service advertising agency with a collaborative team culture and an enviable client mix. We do everything from strategy and brand development to design, advertising production, digital, social, web design and development, and full-funnel media planning, buying, and reporting. What You’ll Be Doing 

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, from strategy development to campaign execution, analysis, and reporting
• Create and implement multi-channel media plans across digital and traditional platforms
• Lead integrated campaigns from start to finish, including writing briefs, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with creative teams
• Own client communications, offering strategic advice, and guiding conversations with clarity and confidence
• Build strong, lasting relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth
• Support new business efforts across the agency

About You  

Ideally, you’ll bring most (or all) of the following:

• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant industry
• A strong understanding of digital and traditional media, plus confidence in analytics and reporting
• Strategic thinking, strong multi-tasking skills, and a solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable across web platforms and project management tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, ClickUp & Notion
• A proactive, positive approach and a drive to make every project better than the last
