We are looking for a gun Senior Account Director to join our team. Passionate about putting social thinking at the heart of marketing, you are responsible for the day-to-day running of accounts and maintaining multiple relationships with senior clients. You understand the bigger picture of both the client’s and our own business and are able to develop strategies and tactics that deliver against both sets of objectives. You understand what makes a social idea really powerful, and you've got the skills and energy to help the team create ideas worth talking about and bring them to life.

- You are a key contributor and participator in agency and team culture
Account Direction & Commercial Capability
- Provides day to day account direction in line with the client strategy
- Effectively leads meetings to ensure they’re efficient and productive
- With direction from the Head of Department, estimates accurately and negotiates effectively with clients
- Drives adherence to budgets and deadlines, but equally works to ensure we have the time, space and money to make the work great
- Communicates powerfully and effectively throughout the process
- Works to stay abreast of the daily developments in social and shares knowledge throughout the agency and with clients
- Has a thorough understanding of the client’s business
- Contributes to the development of strategic proposals
- Can think on their feet and make decisions based upon strategic thinking
- Strong academic performance, ideally at a tertiary level.
- Min 8 years experience in agency account management
- Solid grounding in social
- Highly skilled in relationship management and negotiation.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking
- Team leadership and management
- Proactivity, quick thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- History of building strong and trusted client relationships
- Budgeting, forecasting and resourcing skills
- Proficient in G-Suite and MS Office
