Brightworks is a busy & nimble production house based in Darlinghurst.
Working across advertising & content, we are looking for an experienced production manager to help facilitate the variety of productions we work on at any given time.
Create quotes for prospective jobs
Basic accounting & invoice input
Organise & oversee logistics of various parties/freelancers/involved with productions
Managing production budgets, sourcing relevant crew/resources within varying budgets
Creating production documents (call sheets, schedules, treatments etc…)
Office management, ordering supplies, meeting & greeting clients
Scheduling edits and managing in-house resources
Knowledge of production process including ad approval & despatch (CAD, IMD, Adstream) permits etc…
Facilitate communications from all parties involved with productions through to director/producers
Scheduling edits & managing in-house resources
Ability to manage & navigate multiple projects through various stages of the production process
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Flexible approach, keen problem solver & ability to think on your feet
Keen multi-tasking skills
Knowledge of Mac & PC operating systems
Workflow Max, Xero & Adobe suite knowledge a plus
