Scoundrel is looking for an entry level production assistant/office manager to join it’s growing team. Keys attributes for this position are organisational & time management skills, enthusiasm and an ability to work as part of a team. Experience in adobe programs desirable but not essential.
Main responsibilities include:
- General office management and front of house/reception duties.
- Assisting in all pre-production - booking crew, creating pre-production documentation (with adobe programs) and scheduling
- Monitoring financial transactions, and reconciling of expenses and office related invoices
- Arranging company events
- Assisting with general company marketing and social media
- Travel bookings/arrangements
- Managing schedules
- Assisting all producers and directors with general duties
- Managing social media accounts
