Description

Scoundrel is looking for an entry level production assistant/office manager to join it’s growing team. Keys attributes for this position are organisational & time management skills, enthusiasm and an ability to work as part of a team. Experience in adobe programs desirable but not essential.

Main responsibilities include:

  • General office management and front of house/reception duties.
  • Assisting in all pre-production - booking crew, creating pre-production documentation (with adobe programs) and scheduling
  • Monitoring financial transactions, and reconciling of expenses and office related invoices
  • Arranging company events
  • Assisting with general company marketing and social media
  • Travel bookings/arrangements
  • Managing schedules
  • Assisting all producers and directors with general duties
  • Managing social media accounts
