Our client is an award-winning integrated communications agency located in Central London. They live and breathe all things culture and are looking for an Account Manager or a Senior Account Manager, who shares their passion for books, culture, heritage, and the arts to join their team.
This role requires someone who has experience working in a busy PR team, specifically with agency experience as you will confidently juggle accounts, working with an incredible range of arts, culture and entertainment clients. From live events, prizes, exhibitions, festivals, books of all genres and beyond, they bring these brands to life through fully integrated campaigns.
This role will see you directing multiple accounts, taking responsibility for account management from strategy through to execution. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering those relationships by ensuring first-class service delivery and client satisfaction, so your communication skills and attention to detail will be second to none.
You will be an expert at developing and implementing your own PR campaigns, using your comprehensive knowledge of the UK media landscape to execute across print, broadcast, digital and social.
Whilst you nurture existing relationships, you will also be contributing to bringing in new business. This will include keeping your finger on the pulse for new clients, researching, creating, and presenting new business pitches and proposals.

Work will be a hybrid model of 3 days remote, 2 days in their Central London office.
