This fully integrated boutique Ad Agency is looking for an up-and-coming Art Director to team with a great new Copywriter (with recent awards) that has just made the move from a Global Agency.

Big core ideas are a must - from TVC's thru to Social or Digitally driven thinking.

NOT suitable for a Designer or an AD from Design Co's (sorry).

You'll get your hands on a broad mix of briefs (and get the work made!) for a variety of brands.

Due to the size of the agency you'll get to see every brief that comes thru the door and learn from every stage of a project/campaign. Working alongside 2 Teams of Seniors you'll get great fast-track learnings and mentorship.

You just want to get ideas made and don't care where the work lives giving a wobbler brief as much love as the fully integrated campaigns.

Strong Design craft expected within a portfolio of conceptual campaigns.

MUST MUST MUST have 5+ years previous Ad Agency exp as an Art Director.
