Great opportunity with an exciting creative advertising agency for a Junior Account Manager. The account is a well known automotive brand


Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the focus of this role is to operate as a key Account Manager for the Australian market and manage the delivery of day to day projects in all channels (social/digital/ATL/BTL) for brand and retail activity. The motivated professional will be involved in all elements of account service: planning, management and implementation of local and international projects. Management of national material instructions is an integral part of the role, along with the development and implementation of local 360-degree marketing campaigns. Plus, the localisation and implementation of global campaigns and providing regular updates to the regional office in Germany. This is a truly integrated position and requires someone who can proactively engage with local and global stake holders across multiple disciplines.


  • Operative and planning work for the Australian market

  • Adaptation of Global TV, print and digital assets and development of localised campaigns

  • Participation in project briefings

  • Involvement of local partner programmes to manage communications to databases

  • Overseeing of all advertising activity by retailers to ensure they meet brand standards

  • Liaising with retailers to support their local communication activities

  • Consultancy and management of stakeholders, vendors and suppliers and a close working collaboration with media agency

  • Managing the local adaptation of global campaigns for the Australian market and assisting in the development of local work specific for the Australian market.

  • Financial management: tracking budgets and tightly managing financial processes; Clear

  • understanding and implementation of the approval systems and administration cycles.

  • Implementation and management of workflow processes

  • Market coordination – maintaining clear and constant communication with Spark44 offices on global positioning, processes and upcoming launches. Managing and coordinating asset delivery.

  • Management of competitive reviews and sharing of Best Practices

  • Campaign reporting


  • Minimum 2 years work experience in an Account Management role

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good understanding of online and offline processes

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and good common sense

  • Proficient using Apple software packages
