Heckler is one of Australia’s leading design, animation and VFX companies is looking for a new front of house / office manager role.


As front of house, you will be the ambassador of our company and act as the first impression to our clients, potential clients, guests and visitors. It’s imperative that as the face of the company, you portray a professional, engaging demeanour.

As the Office Manager, you will help the Directors of the company in their day to day roles and assist them in the smooth and efficient performance of all departments within Heckler.

Candidates will have a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role at another studio, agency or production company. You will be highly motivated, have a can-do attitude, with great attention to detail and thrive working in a busy studio environment. MS Office and Adobe CS Suite are mandatory.
