You have great motivational and leadership abilities, building and galvansting a strong design team. You run a discrete division housed within one of Australia’s largest independent Advertising Agencies.
You deal with clients at the highest level so you will have strong communication and presentation skills.
The enthusiasm and energy needed to build a trusting, confident Client-Agency relationship are key indicators of performance.
Your partners in the Advertising Agency have a strong, long-standing relationship with your foundation client and can assist you in managing the performance and professional development of your team to produce the best possible integrated work for your client.
Once the initial client relationships are established and solid, you will have the complete backing and support of the Agency management team to grow the business in new directions.
