Reporting to the Managing Partner, in this unique hybrid Strategic and Account Management position, you will join and lead a team of talented CRM experts to deliver data-driven planning for a major global brand. Critically, you will need to be ready to get intrinsically involved with data and truly own the analytics agenda for the brand. Working with internal teams and external tech, data and media partners, you’ll be the centrepiece of brilliant collaboration for the best client outcomes, functioning as an extension of the client team. You will be a confident and engaging presenter, able to pull together compelling strategy presentations and contribute meaningfully to workshops. Client-relationships, providing leadership to the internal team and financial management of the account will be a cinch for you.
You will have 6+ years of creative, data or CRM agency experience and be well-versed in data-driven marketing strategy. You’ll need an energetic, collaborative and creative approach to your work, aiming to motivate the team to deliver world-class work every time. You’ll embrace the client brand fully, monitoring competitors and becoming expert in category innovation. Experience working on retail, FMCG or QSR brands will be highly regarded.
