We are looking for exceptional and entrepreneurial ideas people to work working
with our diverse portfolio of high end commercial partners, plus local and global
NGO partners.
Our purposed is creating ideas that have a positive impact on people, organisations
& communities. We develop products, services and ultimately, highly effective
creative strategies in the communications sphere.
The role is based in our head office in Redfern and will require you to lead a team
ideas and execution specialists. You will partner closely with the CEO, Strategy
department, Media Performance department and Account Management teams to
deliver outstanding national and global work.

The Role
Your key responsibilities will be:
Lead the team in the ideation and execution of a range of content in accordance
with overall strategy and keeping the team inspired and informed about creative,
cultural and lifestyle trends, innovations, ideas and insights, and encouraging the
people you work with to do likewise
Establishment and capture of outstanding and inspiring stories (between
copywriting, imagery and non channel specific ideas)
Develop innovative creative campaign concepts to promote and strengthen our
clients brand
Creating and delivering work to clients in both presentations and workshops
Liaising with internal and external team to produce quality output on a range of
Producing client facing documents to convey ideas and executions
Responsible for the creation and delivery of the final product to ensure The
Conscience Organisation are compliant with industry broadcast & digital
Maintaining solid filing and archiving of production assets as per policy

About you
You will need to demonstrate experience in a senior creative role across a number of
categories and mediums. You should also have a thorough knowledge of digital /social content and online initiatives. In addition you will possess:
Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor, educate and inspire the team, whilst
also getting your hands dirty
Have a proven ability to generate and execute compelling creative ideas and
Depth of expertise in Art direction, graphic design, copywriting and other creative mediums

Possesses a good balance between creative innovation and the need to meet
business requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines from concept to
Capacity to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to demonstrate initiative and effectively plan and be proactive in all facets of
the role
Assist in the pitching for new business and ability to see the bigger picture in taking
the agency to the next level
Be a self-starter and proactive in new opportunities and creative routes
Possess skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote
Maximise revenue opportunities through exceptional client service.
