Based in Pyrmont our client is an established international design agency. They are looking for a dependable Account Manager to manage a suite of established blue chip clients, across print and digital.
Working alongside the General Manager and senior Account Managers, you will own the account and project management for key clients, ensuring accurate planning and implementation across omni-channel projects, including accurate budget, forecasts and billings, as well as strict timeline management and resource management. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards for many ‘business as usual’ projects and campaigns, which will involve quality control, checking and proofing on a daily basis.
To thrive in this role you will have 2+ years’ experience from an agency background, ideally within design, with sound knowledge of agency process and documentation. You will have excellent client and project management skills and experience forecasting, working with timelines and budgets, PO’s estimates and reporting. A very strong attention to detail is required, along with the ability to work independently and provide highest level service to clients no matter the scope of the project.
