We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our growing team. The role will see you working across an enviable client list on a variety of strategically lead digital projects.
The role will see you working directly with clients, building relationships, maintaining high levels of communication, driving agency growth with both current and new clients, as well as working with the delivery team to oversee deadlines and client deliverables.

The mission of this role is to set and maintain the standard of premium client service at WeAreDigital. Drive account growth, retention and overall satisfaction of existing clients. The role will also play a large part in new business development and onboarding.
Client Retention / Satisfaction
Successful engagement with Producers / Project managers / Strategists on their clients
Drive process and meeting cadence (internal and external)
New business development
Be a WeAreDigital ambassador and ensure that values, vision and priorities are embraced but also clear with rest of the team
Ensure Client service practises are pushed through the entire company- training and
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of eight years digital experience in consulting or agency roles
An in-depth understanding of digital
Attention to detail
Strategic thinker with a commercial focus
A team player who sees the value of shared input, but also autonomous and confident in working alone
Ability to support and build capability of our internal and client teams
Proven ability to drive client growth and satisfaction
