Based in Sydney CBD, our client is a below the line agency specialising in activations and experiential campaigns. They have an exciting opportunity for a mature and driven Account Director to make a big impact on this growing business.
Reporting directing to the Managing Director this role will head up the Activations division, driving business development while being hands on with key clients and campaigns. Working against targets and KPIs you will foster and develop existing relationships while proactively building the new business pipeline and acting as a face of the business. You will manage a team of 3 and liaise closely with other department heads, to ensure over delivery against client expectations.
Key to success in the role is being a go-getter attitude. You should be compelled to drive the business as if it is your own, getting hands on when needed. You will be tactical and strategic in your approach to campaigns and business development, as well as confident leading activation campaigns from pitch to delivery and reporting.
The nature of the work requires some work outside of the traditional 9-5 hours, however you will be rewarded with ample professional development and the chance to rise through the ranks to senior management.
